Stephen Bakunas - Chief Executive Officer
After graduating from Texas State University in 2005, Stephen passed his FINRA (Series 22 and Series 63) license to become an Oil and Gas Broker. For over 10 years Stephen raised millions of dollars to fund oil and gas drilling projects in the Eagleford Shale, Bakken Shale and the Illinois Basin formations. In 2013 Stephen joined Veritas PE LLC where he helped fund and manage both operating and service companies. During this time he was responsible for managing investor relations and to make sure the company was operating within state compliance. His business and management experience ensures that the Company will grow and operate efficiently.
